This Privacy Policy explains how OYEE Solution ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Bíneva website (globalafroconnection.com) and the Bíneva mobile application currently in development for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"). We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch privacy law.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Bíneva website and the Bíneva mobile application (in development). Additional data categories specific to the mobile app — such as device identifiers, push notification tokens, and optional location data — will apply once the app is publicly released and will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.

3. Personal Data We Collect Today

Through the website, we currently collect:

  • Waitlist sign-ups: email address and preferred language.
  • Contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject, and message.
  • Technical data: IP address and timestamp, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

4. Personal Data the App Will Collect (Future)

Once the Bíneva app launches, it may additionally process: account credentials, profile information, content you publish (such as provider listings or photos), in-app messages, optional location data, device identifiers, and push notification tokens. We will inform you and update this policy before processing any of those categories.

5. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process your personal data on the following GDPR Article 6 bases:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): joining the waitlist and any future marketing communications.
  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): providing the future app account and its features.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to contact requests, preventing abuse and spam, securing our systems.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): complying with applicable laws.

6. Retention

  • Waitlist entries: kept until launch and until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last exchange.
  • Rate-limit logs (IP + timestamp): up to 30 days.
  • Future app account data: until you delete your account or request erasure.

7. Recipients and Processors

We share personal data only with carefully selected processors who act on our behalf, including: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and — once the app is live — mobile app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and push notification providers. We prefer EU-based processing wherever possible.

8. International Transfers

We do not knowingly transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area today. If a future processor requires it, we will rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website currently uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will request your consent first. The future app will use device storage equivalents (such as secure tokens) strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

11. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including row-level security on our database, server-side input validation, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and per-IP rate limiting on submissions.

12. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app.
