These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bíneva website (globalafroconnection.com) and the Bíneva mobile application currently in development for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"), operated by OYEE Solution. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service
Bíneva is a community platform connecting Afro women in the diaspora with trusted services, businesses, and talents. The website currently offers a pre-launch waitlist and contact form. A native mobile app for iOS and Android is in development. No paid services are offered today.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the website or app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may refuse or terminate access if we have reason to believe a user does not meet this requirement.
4. Accounts (Future, App)
When the app launches, you will be able to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, use only one account per person, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- send spam, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
- post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service's security;
- use the Service in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Bíneva is a safe, welcoming community for Afro women in the diaspora and their allies. Behaviour that conflicts with that purpose is not permitted.
6. User Content (Future, App)
You retain ownership of content you submit through the app (such as profiles, listings, photos, or reviews). By submitting content you grant OYEE Solution a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for what you post and warrant that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Bíneva name, brand, design, and all related content (excluding user content) are owned by OYEE Solution or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during pre-launch and beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties as to availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, OYEE Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. App Stores
Once released, the Bíneva mobile app will be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable app store terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms of Service).
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of the Arrondissement Gelderland, location Arnhem, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
